Nigeria's Speaker of the House of Rep. Rt Hon. Gbajabiamila is in Halifax for CPC 2022

The Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria, Rt Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, is in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for the 65th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.
The High Commissioner of Nigeria to Canada, Adeyinka Asekun and a team of Diplomats from the Mission received the speaker on arrival. The Nigerian Canadian Association in Halifax, led by the President, Mr Adegoke Fadare, also gave the speaker a red carpet welcome at the Airport in Halifax.
Over 500 Parliamentarians, Parliamentary staff and decision-makers from the Commonwealth across the globe are in Halifax to deliberate on crucial issues affecting Parliaments.
