Nigerian Parliamentarians in Halifax for CPC 2022

Nigerian Parliamentarians are arriving in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, for the 65th Commonwealth Parliamentary conference hosted by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Assembly, Canada Region in Halifax. Diplomats from the Nigeria High Commission Ottawa are at the Convention centre coordinating the registration process for the delegates from Nigeria.

Senator Kabir Abdullahi Barkiya, representing Katsina Central, is the Chairman Interparliamentary Committee of the Senate of Nigeria. A significant benefit of the CPA's annual meeting is the opportunity to network and gain knowledge from best practices shared with colleagues from the Commonwealth Parliaments and a wealth of experience from leading international organizations at the conference.
