Nigerian Hilda Bassey Effiong, also known in the hospitality industry in Nigeria as Hilda Baci, has smashed the Guinness World Record for the most extended cooking by an individual, beating the 87 hour 45minutes record set by the Guinness World Record holder Lata Tandon, an Indian chef. Fans across the globe continue to cheer on Baci, who has been cooking for over 100 hours since last Thursday, as they await final confirmation from the Guinness World Records.
