The Canadian Association of Nigerian Physicians and Dentists (CANPAD) held its 20th Annual Continuing Medical Education Conference, Family event and Annual General Meeting at the Hilton Toronto Markham Suites Conference Centre in Ontario, two years after not having the annual in-person gathering due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mentorship in training and practice was the crux of the discussion for the year 2022.The conference focused on prominent issues relating to medical practice in Canada, assisting Nigerian doctors in navigating the Canadian medical system and networking with other Nigerian health professionals in Canada. In line with the theme for 2022, the plenary sessions had informative topics.
