An evening with Nigerians in Vancouver British Columbia
The Nigeria High Commission, Ottawa, takes advantage of all opportunities to strengthen citizen diplomacy in Canada. While in British Columbia, to support and cheer the Super Falcon's friendly matches in Vancouver and Victoria recently, the High Commissioner of Nigeria to Canada, Adeyinka Asekun, led a team from the Mission to meet with some members of the Nigeria Canada Association in BC at a dinner.
It was an evening for the High Commissioner, his wife, Olawunmi Asekun and some of the diplomats from the Mission to meet Nigerians in Vancouver. The High Commissioner commended the conduct of Nigerians in British Columbia. He spoke with nostalgia about his time with them during his last visit with the immigration team for the passport intervention exercise in Vancouver last year
